The meeting heard Chen Ji’s Work Report of the Second Young Entrepreneurs Committee. The report highlighted notable progress in mechanism innovation, platform-building, communication and exchange, recognition of young role models, inheritance of the pioneering spirit, and expansion of international perspectives. Over the past two years, the Committee organized the second “Sewing·Maker” Youth Entrepreneurship Competition, special seminars on “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, Innovative” development and emerging international markets, thereby optimizing talent structures and fostering an environment of innovation and entrepreneurship. It also conducted annual opinion surveys, industry operation studies, and CISMA service satisfaction surveys, while strengthening the recognition of outstanding young entrepreneurs to showcase the spirit of the new generation. In addition, learning activities themed around the pioneering spirit of Dachen Island, along with market visits to Uzbekistan and Russia, helped reinforce young entrepreneurs’ sense of mission and broaden their global outlook.

To promote innovation in organizational models and inspire young entrepreneurs to take on greater responsibility, the third Committee has officially adopted a rotating presidency system. The new leadership team was elected as follows: Qiu Yangyou (Vice President, Jack Technology Co., Ltd.), Ruan Jiqing (Deputy General Manager, Zhejiang Baoyu Sewing Machine Co., Ltd.), Xue Song (Deputy General Manager, Jiangsu Feihu Needle Co., Ltd.) are selected as Rotating Presidents. The annual meeting also featured a special lecture by Wang Manjiang, President of the Hunan General Aviation Association, on the theme of the low-altitude economy. He delivered an in-depth overview of technological evolution, application scenarios, and ecosystem development within the sector. Young entrepreneurs noted that the lecture strengthened their understanding of China’s national strategy for developing the low-altitude economy and broadened their innovation perspectives.

During the discussion session, young entrepreneurs actively exchanged views on how to uphold the strengths of earlier generations while driving new development models, enhancing capabilities, improving corporate social responsibility, and advancing high-quality growth for both their enterprises and the industry. They also provided constructive suggestions for the future work of the Committee.

In concluding remarks, Chairman Yang Xiaojing emphasized that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee had outlined a grand blueprint for the country’s future, and that the recommendations for the 15th Five-Year Plan provide a broad stage for young entrepreneurs to contribute to national rejuvenation. He expressed four expectations for the growth of young industry talents and for the Committee’s work:
- Strengthen faith and integrate the red gene into youth development.
Young entrepreneurs should study Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, align personal aspirations with national and industry development, inherit the craftsmanship and pioneering spirit of earlier generations, and properly balance personal interests with righteousness to become innovators who serve both industry and country. - Keep the nation’s priorities in mind and anchor youth aspirations in Chinese modernization.
They should deeply understand the essence of Chinese modernization and assume active roles in fundamental research, key technology breakthroughs, industrial chain modernization, and the creation of world-class brands—enhancing global vision, innovation capacity, competitiveness, and risk resilience. - Be pioneers of the era and demonstrate youth responsibility through innovation and practical action.
Uphold a spirit of bold exploration, tackle key challenges in intelligent sewing equipment and industrial internet platforms, innovate business models, implement ESG principles, and promote green transformation. Continuous learning and hands-on problem-solving will help them grow into versatile and capable leaders. - Cultivate a global mindset and embody a broad, inclusive youth perspective.
Embrace altruism and actively participate in skills development, rural revitalization, and public welfare. Shoulder industry responsibilities, contribute to association work, promote cross-enterprise collaboration, and tell China’s story globally through the Belt and Road Initiative while advancing the internationalization of Chinese standards.
Yang Xiasojing stressed that the new Committee should establish a long-term working mechanism, strengthen the young entrepreneur development system, and that rotating presidents should fully assume their responsibilities. Young entrepreneurs are encouraged to grow through responsibility and dedication. CSMA will continue optimizing services, building platforms, and supporting the Committee to contribute jointly to Chinese modernization and the sustainable high-quality development of the industry.
