“2024–2025 China Sewing Machinery Industry Development Report” Officially Released

In order to comprehensively summarize and accurately assess the economic development of China’s sewing machinery industry, the Secretariat of the China Sewing Machinery Association (CSMA), with strong support from the Industry Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), conducted extensive research and has officially compiled and released the 2024–2025 China Sewing Machinery Industry Development Report (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”).

Based on authoritative data sources such as the National Bureau of Statistics, domestic and international customs data, CSMA’s own statistical system, and in-depth industry-wide surveys, the Report—nearly 200,000 words in length—provides a comprehensive summary of the industry’s development in 2024. It outlines key trends, analyzes prominent issues, and offers a well-reasoned forecast along with development recommendations for 2025.

Approaching the industry from a full supply chain perspective, the Report includes over 20 specialized analytical sections, covering the sector’s overall economic performance, import and export trends, spare parts, embroidery machines, CNC technologies, scientific innovation, major overseas markets, trending topics, and downstream industries such as apparel and home textiles. It serves as a high-value, authoritative, data-rich, and forward-looking annual reference document for professionals seeking to understand current developments and future directions in the sewing machinery industry.
